Industry rocks the night away at FPFC dinner dance

19---1ANAHEIM, CA — The Fresh Produce & Floral Council held its annual dinner dance Jan. 28, here, at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel to celebrate the installation of its 2018 slate of officers.

More than 500 people attended this famed Southern California destination, where the theme of the evening was “Rock The Night Away -- Party at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.” Guests really did rock the night away, dancing to music ranging from oldies to disco to classic rock and today’s hits.

Alfonso Cano of Northgate González Market is this year’s chairman of the board, replacing outgoing Chairwoman Connie Stukenberg of the California Avocado Commission.
