Viva Fresh gets down to business Texas-style on the trade show floor

viaeei

SAN ANTONIO, TX — They say everything's big in Texas and that was certainly true of the 2016 Viva Fresh Expo March 31-April 2 at the JW Marriot Hill Country Resort & Spa here. With last-minute and walk-up registrations factored in — and a waiting list for exhibitors — the show grew by almost half over 2015.

Our Maggie Giuffrida took to the trade show floor to get down to business with a few Texas twists: Cowboy hats, barbecue... and who says 11:30 is too early for a frosty mug of suds from Texas' own Alamo Brewery at an expo booth?

Anyone who attended the 2015 show will see the obvious growth in 2016 — and anyone who wasn't there this year can see what they missed. Stay tuned for more in our Viva Fresh video series in coming days.
